When working on this assignment, I learned how important variety in design is. The mini-zine would be jumbled if I had heavy illustrations on every page, but by creating space, it was not so overwhelming. My favorite part of the process was drawing the illustrations to go with each poem, because I could make it directly connect, or more abstract.
